BEC Construction: Bringing A Wealth of Knowledge to the Builder’s ArtBEC Construction Berry E. Coggeshall III was born in Cheraw, S.C., but, as a youngster, he vacationed on the Carolina coast. Even then he recognized the area’s potential Even as a young boy, Berry dreamed of owning a business. With that vision in mind, he earned a bachelor of science degree in Chemistry and master’s in Business Administration, then got into resort real estate, analyzing the market in Garden City and Murrells Inlet. Once he started his business, headquartered in Garden City, berry moved quickly to building custom homes. BEC’s projects are concentrated in the South Strand’s DeBordieu, Prince George and Heritage Plantation residential communities and other premier developments in Pawleys Island and Litchfield. The company works with local as well as out-of-town architects – many BEC clients currently live outside the BEC Construction’s motto is: "Quality Built Upon Strength And Integrity." "We strive to give our clients a quality home for a reasonable price," Coggeshall said. The company regularly employs 10 to 12 people, including carpenters. Coggeshall feels strongly about keeping his carpenters on the payroll, for the sake of continuity in construction. Coggeshall lives in Murrells Inlet with his wife, Lynn, and their three children, ages 11 to 17. He is a self described" family man" and is involved at his church and in civic organizations. He cares deeply about his community, and his work reflects that concern. Contact Information: ^ Back To Top | Email To A Friend |
